VC Expert Services provides expert witness testimony, litigation consulting, and dispute advisory work on an hourly basis, with flat-fee arrangements available for defined-scope engagements where appropriate. A current rate sheet is provided to retaining counsel upon request, typically following an initial call to confirm case fit and the absence of conflicts.
How We Work
Introductory calls to discuss case background and confirm the absence of conflicts are not billed. These conversations are confidential and carry no obligation on either side.
Most matters are billed hourly against an initial retainer, with the retainer replenished as work progresses. For engagements with a clearly defined scope and deliverable — such as a single expert report or targeted consultation — a flat-fee arrangement may be appropriate.
